Jody Redhage Ferber: https://www.jodyredhageferber.com/

Performer, composer, and presenter Jody Redhage Ferber creates immersive music experiences that explore the connections between performers, audiences, and nature. Blending chamber music sensitivity with jazz improvisation, she has performed on five continents at venues including Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the Hollywood Bowl, and major jazz festivals worldwide. Praised as an “adventurous cello songstress,” she has commissioned over 30 new works and released the acclaimed album Minutiae and Memory. A collaborator across genres—from Esperanza Spalding to Terry Riley—Jody leads projects like EcoTones Concerts and Rose & the Nightingale, and develops innovative educational programs linking music, poetry, and the natural world.

Camila Meza: https://www.camilameza.com/

Guitarist, singer, and composer Meza has captivated audiences worldwide with her luminous voice, virtuosic guitar, and layered, melodic songwriting. Hailed by The New York Times for her “appealing combination of lightness and depth,” she blends electric and acoustic improvisation with vivid compositional vision. A 2013 graduate of The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, Meza has performed with Ryan Keberle, Fabian Almazan, Paquito D’Rivera, and more, appearing at global festivals, NPR’s Tiny Desk, and WBGO. Her 2019 self-produced album Ambar introduced the Nectar Orchestra. In 2022, DownBeat named her #1 Rising Star Female Vocalist.

Sara Caswell: https://saracaswell.com/

Grammy®-nominated violinist Sara Caswell has been called “one of the very best of the present generation of emerging young jazz stars” by the late David Baker. Equally accomplished as a soloist, sideman, and educator, she has released three acclaimed albums, performed with artists from Esperanza Spalding to Bruce Springsteen, and appeared at venues including Carnegie Hall, Village Vanguard, and Montreux Jazz Festival. A member of 9 Horses, Chuck Owen’s Jazz Surge, and the Caswell Sisters Quintet, Sara teaches at Berklee, Manhattan School of Music, The New School, and NYU, and is celebrated for her mastery across jazz and classical violin.

The Jody Redhage Ferber Trio performs music from their new album, inspired by the flying beings of the Hudson River Valley. Developed during her ongoing performance project EcoTones Concerts, Jody’s compositions and arrangements live in a transition zone between chamber music and jazz improvisation, and are inspired by the tremendous biodiversity found in natural ecotones.
